Marketing Plan

  • A Harry Norman, Realtors Yard Sign is placed in the yard and a lockbox is installed on door.
  • Professional photos will be taken for listing, websites and all marketing material.
  • Information Box – An information box with color flyers will be placed in yard. This flyer will contain pertinent information about the home and have color photos.
  • Listing is placed in both FMLS and Georgia MLS Listing Services
  • Web sites: LeadingRE.com, AJC Homefinder, Realtor.com, Trulia, Harry Norman.com, Zillow.com
  • Listing will be posted on Social Media Sites.
  • Marketing Ads – A half page ad on the front page of the real estate section in the Marietta Daily Journal and Neighbor News- circulation 20,825 that runs once a month. Home will have a guaranteed placement in this ad once a month.
  • Caravan- As a new listing, home will be placed on Harry Norman’s Agent Caravan for the Cobb Marietta Office.
  • Marketing Report – A monthly marketing report will be generated with all showing activity, inquiries and ads from previous month.
  • Follow Up and Feedback- Each showing will be logged on a lockbox report and all follow up information from agent and feedback will be given to client.
